Is someone in danger right now?

Then please call the emergency number first: 999 in the United Kingdom, 911 in the United States and Canada, 000 in Australia, 112 in the EU.

In the game you can report directly at every message, every profile and every community. This form is for everyone, also without an account.

Your report

Thank you. Your report has arrived. With an email address we will write to you about the outcome.

That did not work. Please check what you entered and try again. Without JavaScript the check against bots cannot run; then please write to us at [email protected].

What would you like to report?

What happened

What happened, and for illegal content also why you think it is illegal. 10 to 4,000 characters.

The name of the community, village or player, and roughly the date and time.

Only if you know it, for example a friend code you were given. Otherwise the name above is enough.

About you

Who are you? (optional)

In the game under Settings → Account, for example ABCD-EFGH. We need it for an appeal and for a wrong age group.

Needed for an appeal, a complaint and a wrong age group. Otherwise it is optional, but without it we cannot answer you. When you report illegal content you may stay anonymous.

What happens next

  • A person from our team looks at your report: usually within an hour for illegal content, within a day for content harmful to children, appeals and age groups, within two days for complaints, and within a week for everything else.
  • What can happen: we find no breach and leave everything as it is. Or we hide the content, reset a name, stop someone from writing for a while or for good, or suspend the account. If someone is in danger, we inform the police or the authorities.
  • The person you report does not find out who reported them.
  • With an email address we tell you the outcome. Without one we cannot answer you.
